Reconnecting on Our Mindfulness Journey: Let's Resume Together

Dear TTT Community Members,

It's with immense gratitude and a sense of renewed purpose that we reconnect with you today after a period of silence. We've missed our growing vibrant community dearly, and we owe you an apology for our absence. The past few months have been a time of introspection and healing for us. Like many of you, we needed to prioritize our own wellness to continue guiding and supporting each other on our collective journey towards mindfulness.

During this hiatus, we've reflected on the incredible progress we've made together, and the profound impact mindfulness has had on our lives. We've also revisited the core principles that bind us together and realized the importance of continuing this journey, not just for ourselves but for each other.

Before diving back into our mindfulness practices, let's recap the six fundamental steps that have served as the cornerstone of our shared journey (Details for each step are found our Mindfulness Blog Series.):

Step 1: Find Your Quiet Space

Step 2: Reflect on Your Purpose

Step 3: Set Your Intentions

Step 4: Breathe and Visualize

Step 5: Embrace Gratitude

Step 6: Open Your Eyes with Purpose

Now that we're back on track, we're eager to hear from you, our valued community members. What topics would you like us to explore together? Whether it's deepening our understanding of specific mindfulness practices, discussing how to overcome common challenges, or exploring the intersection of mindfulness with other aspects of life, your input is invaluable.

As we embark on this next phase of our journey together, let's reaffirm our commitment to supporting each other with kindness, empathy, and an open heart. Together, we can continue to cultivate mindfulness not just as a practice, but as a way of life.

Welcome back, dear friends. Let's pick up where we left off and journey onward, hand in hand.

With purpose and gratitude,

Oabona, Ed.S/Educational Therapist
