1. Slowly Open Your Eyes: Take a moment to gently open your eyes, allowing the light to filter in. As you do, maintain a soft gaze, letting your surroundings come into focus.
2. Carry the Energy Forward: As you transition from your quiet space back into the world, carry the energy of purpose, intention, and gratitude with you. Feel the warmth of these positive emotions radiating from within.
3. Ground Yourself: Take a few moments to ground yourself in the present. Feel the connection between your body and the earth. Wiggle your fingers and toes, bringing awareness back to the physical sensations.
